Christmas Water Spinach Stir-Fry

1Wash the water spinach (1 bunch) thoroughly and cut into 2-inch pieces, discarding any tough stems.

2Heat vegetable oil (1 tablespoon) in a wok or large pan over medium heat.

3Add minced garlic (3 cloves) and sliced red chili (1) to the pan, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4Add the water spinach (1 bunch) to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.

5In a small bowl, mix soy sauce (1 tablespoon), oyster sauce (1 tablespoon), and sugar (1 teaspoon) together.

6Pour the sauce mixture over the water spinach (1 bunch) and stir well to coat.

7Continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the water spinach (1 bunch) is cooked through.

8Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
