Cheesy Bacon Sausage Noodle Skillet

1In a large skillet, cook the cheddar and bacon sausage (8 oz) over medium heat until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2In the same skillet, add diced onion (½ cup) and minced garlic (2 cloves). Cook until softened and fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.

3Add the egg noodles (8 oz), chicken broth (1 cup), heavy cream (1 cup), paprika (½ tsp), thyme, and red pepper flakes (¼ tsp) to the skillet. Stir to combine.

4Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.

5Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup) until melted and well combined.

6Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and mix well with the noodle mixture.
