Savory Noodle and Sausage Skillet

1Cook the noodles (8 oz) according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet, heat olive oil (1 tablespoon) over medium heat.

3Add the sausages (4) to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides, then remove and slice them.

4In the same skillet, add the chopped onion (1), minced garlic (2 cloves), and sliced bell pepper (1). Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

5Add the sliced sausages (4) back to the skillet.

6Pour in the chicken broth (1 cup), soy sauce (1 tablespoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), chili flakes (½ teaspoon), oregano, thyme, and black pepper (½ teaspoon). Stir well to combine all ingredients.

7Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together and the liquid to reduce slightly.

8Add the cooked noodles (8 oz) to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
