Cheesy Potato Bratwurst Skillet

1Prepare the instant potatoes (1 package) according to the package instructions and set aside.

2In a skillet, cook the Cheddar bratwurst sausages (4) over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.

3Remove the sausages from the skillet and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

4In the same skillet, add the can of corn (1 can) and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

5Add the sliced bratwurst back to the skillet with the corn (1 can).

6Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup) over the top of the mixture and cover the skillet with a lid to melt the cheese, about 2-3 minutes.

7Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat and serve hot.
