Colorful Veggie Salad with Creamy Dressing

1Wash and peel the carrots (2). Grate them into a large mixing bowl.

5Add the creamy curd (½ cup) dressing to the mixed vegetables and toss gently to coat everything evenly.

6Drizzle the oil (2 tbsp) over the salad and mix well to combine all the flavors.
