Spicy Chicken Tikka Masala

1In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour (2 cups), salt (1 tsp), and water to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

2Cut the chicken (500 g) into bite-sized pieces and marinate with chicken masala (2 tbsp), pepper (1 tsp), ginger garlic paste (2 tbsp), and curd (½ cup). Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

3Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

4Skewer the marinated chicken (500 g) pieces and brush with oil (2 tbsp). Place the skewers on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through, turning halfway through.

5In a separate bowl, beat the egg (1) with a pinch of salt (1 tsp).

6Once the chicken (500 g) is cooked, remove from the oven and brush with the beaten egg (1) mixture. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the egg (1) is cooked and forms a crispy coating.

7Serve the spicy chicken (500 g) tikka masala hot with rice or naan bread.
