Cheesy Mierda Delight

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked and drained mierda, shredded cheese (1 cup), diced onions (½ cup), diced bell peppers (½ cup), diced tomatoes (½ cup), and chopped cilantro (¼ cup).

3Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon a portion of the mierda mixture onto one half of the tortilla.

4Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.

5Repeat with the remaining tortillas (4) and filling.

6Place the filled tortillas (4) on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7Serve the cheesy mierda delights hot, topped with a dollop of sour cream (¼ cup) and salsa (¼ cup) on the side.
