Spicy Cabbage Pasta Stir-Fry

1Cook the pasta (200 g) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3Add chopped onion (1), green chillies (2), and dried chilli (1) to the pan. Saute until the onions are translucent and the chillies are fragrant.

4Add shredded cabbage (½ head) to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the cabbage (½ head) is slightly tender but still crunchy.

5Mix in the cooked pasta (200 g) with the cabbage (½ head) mixture in the pan.

6Pour soy sauce (2 tbsp), vinegar (1 tbsp), and tomato ketchup (2 tbsp) over the cabbage (½ head) and pasta (200 g). Stir well to combine and coat everything evenly.

7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, to allow the flavors to meld together.

8Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

9Serve hot and enjoy the spicy cabbage (½ head) pasta (200 g) stir-fry!
