Creamy Zucchini and Broccoli Pasta

1Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta (8 oz) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2Cut the zucchinis (2) into small cubes, chop the broccoli (1 head) into florets, and dice the bell pepper (1).

3In a large skillet, sauté the zucchinis (2), broccoli (1 head), and bell pepper (1) until slightly tender, about 5-7 minutes.

4Pour in the milk (2 cups) and let it simmer for 5 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through and the sauce thickens slightly.

5Add the cooked pasta (8 oz) to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta (8 oz) with the creamy vegetable sauce.
