Coconut Flour Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil (½ cup).

2In a mixing bowl, combine the flour (2 cups), sugar (1 cup), and shredded coconut (1 cup).

3Add the oil (½ cup) to the dry ingredients and mix well until a smooth batter forms.

4Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and spread it evenly.

5Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

6Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

7Carefully transfer the cake to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
