Apple Tahini Cake

1Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a cake pan with oil.

2Peel and grate the potatoes (2), then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.

3In a mixing bowl, combine the grated potatoes (2), flour (2 cups), sugar (1 cup), and eggs (4). Mix well until a smooth batter forms.

4Peel and dice the apples (3), then fold them into the batter.

5Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.

6Drizzle tahini (½ cup) over the batter in the pan, then pour the remaining batter on top.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

8Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

9Slice and serve the delicious Apple Tahini (½ cup) Cake.
