Tuna Pasta Salad

1Cook the pasta (8 oz) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool down.

2In a large bowl, flake the tuna (1 can) and add chopped hard-boiled eggs (2), celery, red onion, and pickles.

3In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise (½ cup), mustard (1 tablespoon), lemon juice (1 tablespoon), garlic powder (½ teaspoon), paprika (½ teaspoon), black pepper (¼ teaspoon), and salt to make the dressing.

4Pour the dressing over the tuna (1 can) and egg mixture and toss gently to combine well.

5Add the cooked and cooled pasta (8 oz) to the bowl and mix everything together until the pasta (8 oz) is well coated with the dressing.

6Refrigerate the tuna (1 can) pasta (8 oz) salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

7Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
