4Stir in the chocolate chips (½ cup).

5Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

6Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

7Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the doughnuts are lightly browned and spring back when touched.

8Frost the doughnuts with chocolate frosting and decorate with rainbow sprinkles (¼ cup) and gummy bears.
