Sweet Corn Pudding

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk (2 cups) and eggs (3 large) until well combined.

3Add the corn flour (1 cup) and sugar (½ cup) to the mixture, and stir until there are no lumps.

4Pour in the vegetable oil (¼ cup) and melted butter, mixing until everything is well incorporated.

5Grease a baking dish with a little butter or oil to prevent sticking.

6Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

8Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
