French Toast Delight

1In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs (2 large), milk (½ cup), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), and ground cinnamon (½ teaspoon) until well combined.

2Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the surface.

3Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side, ensuring it's well coated but not soggy.

4Place the soaked bread slices onto the hot skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy.

5Once cooked, remove the French toast from the skillet and keep warm while you repeat the process with the remaining slices.

6Serve the French toast warm, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with fresh berries.
