Decadent Chocolate Brownie Cake Cubes

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

2In a medium bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder (½ teaspoon), and salt (½ teaspoon) until well combined.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar (1 cup), brown sugar (½ cup), and melted butter. Mix until smooth.

4Add the eggs (2 large) one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract (1 teaspoon).

5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.

6Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

7Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

8Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

9Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

10Once cooled, cut the brownies into small cubes.

11Drizzle the melted chocolate (½ cup) over the brownie cubes and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
