Creamy Chicken and Spinach Pasta with Crispy Bacon

1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.

3.In the same skillet, add the diced chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4.Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Pour in the milk and stir to combine, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the skillet.

5.Return the cooked chicken and bacon to the skillet, and add the drained pasta. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
