Sweet Badam Pisin Delight

1Soak the Badam Pisin in water (1 liter) overnight or for at least 6 hours until it swells and becomes soft.

2In a pot, bring 1 liter of water (1 liter) to a boil.

3Add the soaked Badam Pisin to the boiling water (1 liter) and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until it becomes slightly gelatinous.

4Add the sugar (150 g) to the pot and stir until it completely dissolves.

5Sprinkle the Elachi powder into the mixture and stir well to combine all the flavors.

6Remove the pot from heat and let it cool down to room temperature.

7Once cooled, transfer the mixture to serving bowls or glasses.

8Garnish with chopped almonds on top for added texture and flavor.

9Serve chilled or at room temperature.
