Schezwan Spicy Potato Cabbage Bread Bake

1Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes (2 medium), chopped cabbage (1 cup), Schezwan sauce (2 tablespoons), green chili, (1) red chili, (1) tomato sauce (2 tablespoons), cumin seeds (½ teaspoon), turmeric powder (½ teaspoon), garam masala (½ teaspoon), salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3Take a slice of bread and spread a generous amount of the potato-cabbage (1 cup) mixture on top. If desired, sprinkle some grated cheese (½ cup) over the mixture for added flavor.

4Place another slice of bread on top to create a sandwich. Repeat this process for the remaining slices of bread (4) and filling.

5Arrange the prepared sandwiches on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops lightly with oil for a golden finish.

6Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and golden brown.

7Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into quarters.

8Serve hot with extra Schezwan sauce (2 tablespoons) or tomato sauce (2 tablespoons) on the side.
