Decadent Chocolate Coconut Bread Pudding

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk (2 cups), milk (2 cups), vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), cinnamon (½ teaspoon), and salt (¼ teaspoon). Whisk until well combined.

3Add the cubed stale bread (4 cups) to the mixture, ensuring all pieces are soaked. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.

4Fold in the chocolate chips (2 cups), shredded coconut (1 cup), and mixed dry fruits (½ cup) into the bread mixture until evenly distributed.

5Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Pour the bread mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.

7Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
