Cheesy Garlic Bacon Bites

1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

3In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup), garlic granules (1 teaspoon), black pepper (½ teaspoon), and smoked paprika (¼ teaspoon). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

4Take a slice of bacon and cut it in half. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture at one end of the bacon slice.

5Roll the bacon slice around the cheese mixture tightly, securing it with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat this process with the remaining bacon and cheese mixture.

6Place the bacon bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for even cooking.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

8Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley (1 tablespoon) before serving.
