Savory Mixed Meat Patties with Garlic and Spices

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef (250 g), ground pork (250 g), and ground lamb (250 g). Mix well until the meats are evenly combined.

2Add the crushed garlic (3 cloves) to the meat mixture and stir until well incorporated.

3Sprinkle in the paprika (1 tsp), baking soda (1 tsp), sea salt (1 tsp), and ground black pepper (1 tsp). Mix thoroughly to ensure all spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

4Using your hands, form the mixture into patties of your desired size, about 1 inch thick is recommended for even cooking.

5Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a little oil to prevent sticking if necessary.

6Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (70°C).

7Remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
