Creamy Vegetable Pasta Delight

1Cook the pasta (300 g) according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil (2 tablespoons) over medium heat. Add the chopped onion (1) and minced garlic (2 cloves), sautéing until the onion (1) is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3Add the mixed vegetables (1 cup) to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes until they are tender.

4Stir in the tomato sauce (400 g), dried oregano (1 teaspoon), and dried basil (1 teaspoon). Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to combine the flavors.

5Pour in the milk (200 ml) and stir well to create a creamy sauce. Allow it to simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Add the cooked pasta (300 g) to the skillet and toss everything together until the pasta (300 g) is well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
