Easy Creamy Peanut Butter Delight

1.Place the roasted peanuts in a food processor and blend on high speed until they start to break down, about 1-2 minutes.

2.Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue blending until the peanuts turn into a smooth paste, about 3-5 minutes.

3.Add honey, vegetable oil, and salt to the peanut butter and blend again until fully combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

4.Taste the peanut butter and adjust sweetness or saltiness if desired by adding more honey or salt, then blend again briefly to mix.

5.Transfer the creamy peanut butter to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
