Easy Creamy Peanut Butter Delight

1Place the roasted peanuts (2 cups) in a food processor and blend on high speed until they start to break down, about 1-2 minutes.

2Scrape down the sides of the bowl and continue blending until the peanuts turn into a smooth paste, about 3-5 minutes.

3Add honey (1 tablespoon), vegetable oil (1 tablespoon), and salt (½ teaspoon) to the peanut butter and blend again until fully combined and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

4Taste the peanut butter and adjust sweetness or saltiness if desired by adding more honey (1 tablespoon) or salt (½ teaspoon), then blend again briefly to mix.

5Transfer the creamy peanut butter to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
