Savory Beef and Egg Rice Bake with Fish Stick Crunch

1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a large skillet over medium heat, add the diced onion (1 medium) and minced garlic (2 cloves). Sauté until the onion (1 medium) is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3Add the ground beef (1 pound) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

4Stir in the cooked rice (2 cups), paprika (1 teaspoon), oregano, salt (1 teaspoon), and black pepper (½ teaspoon) into the beef mixture. Mix well to combine and remove from heat.

5In a separate bowl, beat the eggs (4 large) and then add them to the beef and rice mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.

6Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. If using, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

8While the bake is cooking, prepare the fish sticks (1 cup) according to package instructions until crispy.

9Once the bake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with the crispy fish sticks (1 cup) before serving.
