Strawberry Cream Delight

1In a large mixing bowl, combine the curd (2 cups) and milk cream (1 cup). Whisk them together until smooth and creamy.

2Add the milk (1 cup) to the mixture and continue to whisk until well combined.

3In a separate bowl, mix the milkmaid and sugar (½ cup) until the sugar (½ cup) is fully dissolved. Then, add this mixture to the curd (2 cups) and milk cream (1 cup) mixture, stirring gently to combine.

4Add the strawberry essence (1 teaspoon) and baking soda (½ teaspoon) to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth.

5Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.

6Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to set and chill.

7Once chilled, serve the Strawberry Cream Delight as a refreshing dessert.
