Sausage and Tomato Pasta Bake

1Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta (200 g) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3In a separate pot, cook the rice (100 g) according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

4In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sliced sausages (200 g) until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

5In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta (200 g), rice (100 g), cooked sausages (200 g), diced tomatoes (2 medium), and diced cucumber (1). Stir in the tomato sauce (400 g) until everything is well coated.

6In a small bowl, beat the eggs (2 large) and then add them to the pasta (200 g) mixture, stirring to combine.

7Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. If desired, sprinkle grated cheese (100 g) on top for a cheesy finish.

8Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and the top is slightly golden.

9Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
