Creamy Chicken and Swiss Chard Casserole

1Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil (1 tablespoon) over medium heat. Add the chopped red onion (1) and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3Add the diced chicken breasts (2) to the skillet and cook until they are no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Season with garlic powder (1 teaspoon), paprika (1 teaspoon), salt, and pepper.

4Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and corn (1 cup), mixing well to combine all the ingredients.

5Add the chopped Swiss chard (2 cups) to the skillet and stir until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.

6Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

7Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese (1 cup) on top of the chicken and vegetable mixture.

8Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

9Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

10Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
