Eggless Delicious Mango Cake with a Fluffy Texture

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.

2In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar (1 cup) until light and fluffy.

3Add the applesauce and vanilla extract (1 teaspoon), mixing well until combined.

4In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda (1 teaspoon), and salt (½ teaspoon). Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk (1 cup). Mix until just combined.

5Fold in the mango puree gently until evenly distributed throughout the batter.

6Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

7Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
