Spicy Banana Egg Bread Bake

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe banana (1) until smooth. Add the eggs (2 large), chili powder (1 teaspoon), cayenne pepper (½ teaspoon), salt (¼ teaspoon), and black pepper (¼ teaspoon). Whisk together until well combined.

3Grease a baking dish with butter (1 tablespoon). Tear the bread into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in the dish.

4Pour the banana and egg mixture over the bread, ensuring all pieces are soaked. Gently press down to help the bread absorb the mixture.

5If desired, drizzle hot sauce (1 tablespoon) over the top for extra spice.

6Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.

7Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
