Ods Egg Delight

1In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs (4 large) and add the milk (¼ cup), salt (½ teaspoon), and black pepper (¼ teaspoon). Whisk together until well combined and frothy.

2Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter (1 tablespoon), allowing it to melt and coat the bottom of the pan.

3Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.

4Using a spatula, gently stir the eggs (4 large), pushing them from the edges towards the center. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs (4 large) are mostly set but still slightly runny.

5Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs (4 large) and let it melt for about 1 minute, then remove the skillet from heat.

6If desired, garnish with chopped fresh chives before serving. Serve immediately.
