Sweet Roasted Rava Delight

1In a pan, heat the ghee (¼ cup) over medium heat until melted.

2Add the roasted rava (1 cup) to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

3Reduce the heat to low and add the sugar (½ cup) to the pan, stirring well to combine with the rava.

4Next, add the curd to the mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated.

5Sprinkle in the cardamom powder (¼ teaspoon) and mix thoroughly.

6Add the chopped nuts (¼ cup) and raisins (¼ cup), stirring gently to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.

7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly and the nuts are warmed through.

8Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
