Creamy Beef Pasta Bake

1Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta (300 g) according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3In a large skillet, melt the butter (100 g) over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they become translucent.

4Add the minced garlic, bay leaves (2), and clove (1) to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.

5Stir in the cooked beef curry (500 g), mixing well to combine all the flavors. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

6In a separate bowl, mix the fresh cream (200 ml), grated cheese, pepper (½ tsp), and chilli flakes (1 tsp) until well combined. Add this mixture to the beef curry (500 g) and stir until everything is evenly coated.

7Add the cooked pasta (300 g) to the skillet and gently fold it into the beef and cream mixture until well combined.

8Transfer the pasta (300 g) mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top with additional grated cheese if desired.

9Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

10Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then serve hot.
