Savory Beef Mince Pasta with Snap Peas and Carrots

1Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2In a large skillet, heat the olive oil (2 tablespoons) over medium heat. Add the chopped onion (1) and minced garlic (2 cloves), sautéing until the onion (1) is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

3Add the beef mince (400 g) to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.

4Stir in the diced tomatoes, soy sauce (2 tablespoons), and Worcestershire sauce (1 tablespoon). Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5While the sauce is simmering, add the julienned carrots (2 medium) and snap peas (200 g) to the skillet. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

6Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and vegetable mixture, tossing everything together until well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

7Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
