Horlicks Bread Pudding Delight

1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

3In a mixing bowl, combine the milk (1 cup), Horlicks (½ cup), sugar (2 tablespoons), and cinnamon (¼ teaspoon). Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

4If using, beat the egg in a separate bowl and then add it to the milk (1 cup) mixture, whisking until fully incorporated.

5Tear the bread into small pieces and add them to the milk (1 cup) mixture, ensuring all pieces are soaked. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the liquid.

6If using, fold in the raisins gently into the mixture.

7Pour the bread mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.

8Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

9Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
