BBQ Chicken and Steak Noodle Delight

1.Start by marinating the chicken breasts and ribeye steaks. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken and steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

2.While the meat is marinating, cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

3.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

4.In the same skillet, add the marinated ribeye steaks. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.

5.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked egg noodles with the remaining BBQ sauce. Toss to coat the noodles evenly.

6.To serve, place a generous portion of BBQ noodles on a plate, top with sliced chicken and steak, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if using.
