Instant Pot Chicken Pizza Wraps

1.Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil. Once hot, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

2.Add the ground chicken to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Pour in the pizza sauce and stir to combine with the chicken and onions. Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.

4.Once the cooking time is complete, perform a quick release of the pressure. Open the lid and stir the mixture.

5.Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the chicken mixture and stir until melted and well combined.

6.Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture onto the center of each tortilla, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly to form a wrap.

7.Serve the wraps warm, optionally with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
