Dried Teriyaki Delight Burger

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with the dried teriyaki seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, soy sauce powder, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well until all the dried ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the meat.

2.Shape the mixture into a burger patty, ensuring it is compact and even in thickness.

3.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the burger patty on the grill or skillet.

4.Cook the burger for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes on the other side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.

5.If using, sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the burger during the last minute of cooking to toast them lightly.

6.Remove the burger from the heat and let it rest for a minute.

7.Toast the burger bun on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

8.Assemble the burger by placing the patty on the bottom half of the bun. Garnish with dried green onion if desired, and top with the other half of the bun.
