Cardboard Stool: A Creative DIY Project

1.Gather all your materials in a spacious area to work.

2.Using the ruler and pencil, measure and mark the dimensions for the stool legs on the cardboard boxes. Each leg should be about 12 inches tall and 4 inches wide.

3.Cut out four identical pieces for the legs using scissors or a utility knife. Make sure to cut carefully to maintain straight edges.

4.Take two of the leg pieces and tape them together using duct tape to create a sturdy leg. Repeat this for the other two leg pieces.

5.Now, take the thick piece of cardboard that will serve as the seat. Cut it to a square shape of about 18x18 inches if it isn't already.

6.To attach the legs to the seat, turn the seat upside down and position the legs at each corner. Use packing tape to secure each leg firmly to the underside of the seat. Make sure they are evenly spaced and aligned properly.

7.Once all four legs are attached, reinforce the connections with additional duct tape for extra stability.

8.If desired, cover the entire stool with decorative paper or paint to give it a personalized touch. Allow any paint to dry completely before using the stool.

9.Your cardboard stool is now ready to use! Test its stability before sitting on it.
