Savory Tomato and Soy Sauce Bread Delight

1.In a small bowl, mix the corn starch with 2 tablespoons of water to create a smooth slurry. Set aside.

2.In another bowl, combine the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

3.Spread the soy sauce mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

4.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the bread slices, sauce side down, in the skillet.

6.While the bread is toasting, add the diced tomato to the corn starch slurry and mix well.
