Refreshing Pepsi-Style Soda

1.In a large glass, combine the carbonated water and cola syrup. Stir gently to mix without losing carbonation.

2.Add the vanilla extract, lemon juice, and lime juice to the mixture. Stir gently again to combine all the flavors.

3.If you prefer a sweeter soda, add the simple syrup to taste and stir gently until fully incorporated.

4.Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and pour the soda mixture over the ice.

5.Garnish with a slice of lemon or lime if desired, and serve immediately.
