Salsa Chicken Pasta Delight

1.Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2.While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3.Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.

4.Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

5.Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

6.In the same skillet, add the salsa and bring it to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 2-3 minutes to heat through.

7.Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the salsa and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the salsa.

8.Add the sliced chicken on top of the pasta and salsa mixture, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over everything.

9.Cover the skillet with a lid and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

10.Remove from heat, garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve hot.
