Decadent Ube Chocolate Graham Balls

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sweetened condensed milk, ube halaya, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.

2.If using, fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

3.Using your hands, scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used, placing the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4.Once all the balls are formed, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

5.After chilling, you can optionally roll the balls in additional shredded coconut or cocoa powder for extra flavor and texture.

6.Serve chilled or at room temperature, and enjoy your decadent ube chocolate graham balls!
