Crispy Fried Chicken Oreos

1.In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

2.In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and eggs until smooth.

3.Dip each Oreo cookie into the buttermilk mixture, ensuring it is fully coated, then dredge it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere the flour to the cookie. Set aside on a plate.

4.In a deep skillet or frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C). You can test the oil by dropping a small amount of batter into it; if it sizzles and bubbles, it's ready.

5.Carefully place the coated Oreos into the hot oil, frying them in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and crispy.

6.Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried Oreos from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

7.If desired, dust the fried Oreos with powdered sugar before serving for an extra touch of sweetness.
