Savory Egg and Bread Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.

3.Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

4.Cut the bread into cubes and add them to the egg mixture, stirring gently to ensure all the bread is coated.

5.Fold in the shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, and diced onions until evenly distributed.

6.Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the egg mixture.

7.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

8.Pour the bread and egg mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

9.If desired, sprinkle additional cheese on top and garnish with chopped parsley.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.

11.Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
