Kimchi Chicken Burgers with a Crunchy Twist

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped kimchi, Italian bread crumbs, finely chopped sweet onion, Creole seasoning, and one egg.

2.Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together until well combined, but do not overmix to keep the burgers tender.

3.Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

4.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.

5.Cook the burger patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice golden brown crust.

6.Once cooked, remove the burgers from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
