Spicy Tomato Maggi Delight

1.In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

2.Add the chopped tomatoes and onions to the boiling water. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften and the onions become translucent.

3.Stir in the coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for another 2 minutes to allow the spices to infuse the water.

4.Add the Maggi noodles to the pot, breaking them into halves if desired. Stir gently to ensure the noodles are submerged in the water.

5.After 2 minutes, add the Maggi masala seasoning packet to the pot. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and ensure the noodles are coated with the masala.

6.Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are fully cooked and the water has mostly evaporated, creating a thick sauce.

7.Once cooked, remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken further. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired before serving.
