Decadent Vanilla Semen Gelato with Whipped Cream and Cherries

1.In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of fresh semen, 1 cup of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, 3/4 cup of granulated sugar, and 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.

2.Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency, usually about 20-25 minutes.

3.Transfer the gelato to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

4.While the gelato is freezing, prepare the whipped cream. In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of fresh semen, 1/4 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

5.Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.

6.Once the gelato is ready, scoop it into serving bowls or cones. Top each serving with a generous dollop of the semen-based whipped cream.

7.Garnish with fresh cherries on top for a pop of color and added flavor.
