Spicy Veggie Delight Pizza

1Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).

2Spread the tomato sauce (½ cup) evenly over the pizza base (1), leaving a small border around the edges.

3In a small bowl, mix the spice mix (2 tablespoons) and chilli flakes (1 teaspoon) together, then sprinkle it evenly over the tomato sauce (½ cup).

4Drizzle the mayonnaise (2 tablespoons) over the sauce and spice mix (2 tablespoons) for added creaminess.

5Evenly distribute the sweet corn (½ cup), baby corn (½ cup), and capsicum (½ cup) over the pizza, ensuring every slice will have a good amount of toppings.

6Sprinkle the shredded cheese (1 cup) generously over the top, covering all the vegetables and sauce.

7Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown.

8Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
