Mermaid's Dream Elixir

1.Brew a strong cup of butterfly pea flower tea and allow it to cool completely. This will be the base of your drink and provide a stunning blue color.

2.In a blender, combine the mango juice, passionfruit juice, dragon fruit puree, strawberry puree, and honey. Blend until smooth and well combined.

3.Fill a large glass with ice cubes, then pour in the butterfly pea flower tea until the glass is about half full.

4.Slowly pour the blended fruit mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to create a layered effect. The fruit mixture should gently float on top of the tea.

5.Top off the drink with coconut water, pouring it slowly to maintain the layers.

6.Garnish with fresh mint leaves and edible flowers for a beautiful presentation.
